A renowned cosmetic dentist from Europe wanted to expand his reach to Toronto, Canada. As his first office in the country, he was concerned about generating leads and retaining clients.

We aimed to create a customized customer experience strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve client retention.

We implemented a three-pronged approach to achieve our goal: website design, content marketing, and paid digital media. Our team designed a sleek, minimalistic, and user-friendly website that showcased our client's trust indicators, including testimonials. We also created a self-booking plugin, making it easy for clients to schedule appointments on their desktop or mobile devices.

We ran geo-targeted Google and social media ads to drive traffic and increase leads. Our focus was on high-priced cosmetic procedures such as dental implants and veneers.

Outcome


After six months of launching the new location in Toronto, the clinic's retention rate is 76.4%, surpassing the industry average of 65%. The percentage of bookings available each month averages 34.8%, meaning that 65.2% of time slots are booked. Our digital marketing efforts helped to create a positive brand image and expand our client's reach to new audiences.
