OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

EXPERIENCE INTERVIEW

At Bold x Collective, we think, act, and move differently from other agencies. We're looking for more than a resume; you, your experiences, motivations, passions, why you want to work at Bold x Collective, and more are vital to us. We look for strong candidates who fit seamlessly into the agency's culture.

You will be asked traditional resume questions during your interview to better understand your career goals, interests, and more. You may also be asked to describe past projects and experiences, focusing on your approach to creating, implementing, and executing the strategy.

All interviews will be held over Zoom.

CASE INTERVIEW

Select candidates will be invited for a case interview which will take place over Zoom. The case interview is designed to expose you to our clients' everyday challenges, tasks, and projects. This format allows us to discuss with you rather than just ask questions.

What we're looking for in this phase of the process is:

  • Your level of understanding when it comes to client objectives

  • The approach you take when confronting a case

  • Your communication skills when expressing your ideas

  • How you would plan out a task or project

  • The process you would take when evaluating the results of the project

WRITTEN CASE INTERVIEW

Our written case interview is an extension of the case interview. In this interview phase, you will be required to create a strategy based on the business case. We will present you with the brief, key objectives, and facts about the case.

Your job is to review the case and all information provided, and then you will be given 45-minutes to write a short brief before the interview begins. Once the interview beings, you will have 30-minutes to present your strategy and how you would implement, execute, and evaluate it. In the 30-minutes, you will participate in a discussion to communicate your strategy where your interpretation of the facts and strategy may be challenged to assess your confidence in handling a real-world client case.
